Yurtrus is the NE orc god of disease and death.
Im guessing based on the information I obtained from https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Yurtrus#3e , that acceptable alignments for clerics of this god are: NE, LN, and CN.
This website also mentioned a neat monk order:

This does not make much sense. A clearly evil aligned Orc God only accepting LN followers for his monk order, but not LE followers?
It would make much more sense for the follower to be LE and not LN.

After a series of bloody sacrifices to protect the orcs from the ravages of disease, the priests of Yurtrus went forth to spread disease and death worldwide, especially among other races.[4]
The second holy day, known as Putrescent Death, was celebrated on the eve of Midwinter. During that night, the clergy of Yurtrus celebrated the death of the world, symbolized by the sacrifice of intelligent creatures from other races.[4]
"Following the rules" of the religion requires actual sacrifices. A couple of those and that LN cleric would become LE anyways.
My suggestion is to change the acceptable alignment for Yurtrus from LN to LE. I would not be surprised that it was an error to begin with.
I can go ahead and make my cleric/monk Brother of the Scarlet Scourge a LN alignment, if thats what is preferred. But if I am going to spread death/undeath, suffering, and disease as per my faith, I should probably be doing it while evil.
