Testing this class on JEGS, I think it's possible to take spellcasting progression as a blessing. For instance, Cleric 5/ Druid 1/ Harper Priest 1 can take Spellcasting Progression (Cleric) as it's spellcasting feat and Spellcasting Progression (Druid) as the level 1 blessing.
This is on JEGs so it may not be the same as on live.
