Elementals spell

the Ability of Archmage Elemental Mastery do not work on those spell Darkbolt ,Achdball.Icelance.Sonic Blast.wall of Ice .Thunder Clap. Thunder Lance .Acid Storm.Snilloc's snowball lvl 1 Spell and Snilloc's snowball swam lvl 2 spell can that be fix?
