Requesting feedback for my Shaundakun

Hey all,
Good day! Put together a build that filled most of my desires and wanted to get any feedback/input.
Extremely brief background behind this PC is a soldier out of the Dales that gets attacked by outsiders that came in through a portal in myth drannor and gets rescued by a Shaundakun. It was a traumatic experience which then leads to convert to his faith since that day. Explores Faerun in search of/to catalogue portals and fight evil outsiders.

Some mechanical choices explained:
-8 Charisma fits perfectly (to me) and will be a RP defining trait. Its his half-elven nature manifested through guilt, embarrassment and emotional issues.
-I wanted an intelligent fighter with a touch of magic (whether divine or arcane didnt matter).
-I wanted to center this PC around the planes and outsiders (so fascinating to me) hence the Portal domain. And a big niche of his RP. Chose Air solely for the Gaseous Form spell but willing to listen to any advice.
-I wanted lots of skills. Thought about swapping Swash for Rogue to gain evasion but missing out on Insightful Strike
-Love love love having thaumaturge in there to coincide the planar theme.
-Combat insight to help with damage
-CL should be 30 as Im taking Hierophant I. Not sure what other hierophant feats to take.
-Epic spell Gate which will represent the culmination of his studies about outsiders.
-i thought about Solar Channeler instead of Hierophant but would end up with CL 29. Any thoughts on that? I would gain a greatsword which would be great for his Shaundakun RP. Right now im resigned to using rapier and just carrying a greatsword for RP purposes.
