Searching for a potions master or skilled trader

I am Toman Ironarm, and I am looking to purchase potions, healing kits, and other equipment necessary for keeping myself healthy and hale while in the wilderness. To that end, I am seeking a potions master, or someone of good skill in the art of haggling, in order to acquire the above supplies for a good price.
If you by chance have such skill, either in producing or acquiring what I seek, find me either at the Friendly Arms Inn, or the Phoenix Lodge outside Baldur's Gate.
