Noticeboards - Kazimir - Seeking +4 Wis

At various noticeboards, from Soubar to Nashkel and even in Rockrun, a notice is set up detailing that the travelling priest seeks an item which enhances one's wisdom but which isn't placed on the head (+4 wisdom item, non-helmet slot). Anyone willing to part with such an item is directed to leave a message in a nearby inn.
