100% RCR is coming, which even if you don't want to adjust your build can be a chance to learn those spells that can only be taken at level up.
The rework on how you scribe scrolls and read them has enabled a number of spells Tsidkenu's spell list described as level up/store only to be shareable.
There are still a few that produce a scroll that you can't use though.
Ones I know are:
Acid Storm
Corrosive Grasp
Tiramel's Energy Spheres
