can we make Stone to Flash a kill spell on those monster that do not have a skin like skeletor/lich and dragonlich if they roll bad ?

how many have make a disintegrate on a dracolich and live to tell it didt work

A spell like disintegrate should do the trick against a stone monster!

well the dracolich is a boss and has immunity to most effects
