Ultimate Sphere of Destruction

I saw someone talking about the Ultimate Sphere of Destruction spell on another topic, and I think I know the best way to implement it.

It's a Summon spell. Conjuration (Creation) level 9. Duration is 1 round/level.

Creature type is Elemental, uses appropriate stats/BAB for a creature of it's Hit Die.

Creatures who strike the thing in melee must make a fortitude save or take 5d6 Magical Damage. You know...for hitting a Sphere of Annihilation..:P

The only attack it actually makes is to cast Disintegrate 1/round, making a ranged touch attack, at a caster level equal to it's Hit Die.

Spell Focus/Greater Spell Focus/Epic Spell Focus/Red Wizard Specialization (Conjuration) all add an additional Hit Die to the creature, just as it would a summoned creature. This increases the Attack Roll/Caster Level of the creature as appropriate.

The only issue would be, somehow, to be able to make the creature use the Caster's DCs. I don't know if that can done in scripting, but it might be worth a try?

Thoughts? Witticisms? Comments?

How strong would it be with Thaumaturge and buffed up with spells?

...except it couldnt be a "summon" because it sphere and black blade both require full concentration to use and so much as walking disrupts the spell, so either would be have to become controllable for attacking... to which the caster is rather vulnerable to attack and getting hit also ends the spell because it instantly breaks your concentration

but we are talking about two "i win" spells here

On a purely pedantic note, Ultimate Sphere of Destruction doesn't have a concentration-based duration, but instead is dismissable round-per-level with a move action needed to direct the sphere each round, leaving a standard action open for spellcasts. It can only move 30 feet per round, however, so while it may work for PnP in engaging a single encounter, it shouldn't feasibly be able to catch up to a party running from one room to the next in a narrow time frame. Black Blade of Disaster is concentration-based, so no spellcasting when that bad boy is up.

If either is introduced into the game, I'd be of mind that they shouldn't be anywhere close to a Disintegrate effect/round, and would simply run closer to a Mord's Sword souped up to a 9th level spell in terms of effectiveness.
