Rogues use poison too!

Give rogues access to the feat Use Poison. I see no reason why assassins, blackguards, and phantoms have exclusivity over it.

Has that changed? Because I was fairly sure that Use Poison was a feat that anyone could take- Assassins and BG's got it as a class freebie (and I guess phantoms too, but I've never looked at the class that much). There shouldn't be anything preventing anyone from taking the feat (unless it was changed, and I didn't notice).

Fury is correct and the feat you can take is the same one given to the classes mentioned. In addition, rogue bons feats can be any feat they qualify for (though crippling strike, improved evasion, and defensive roll are required if you want epic precision and epic dodge).

What are the qualifications than? My rogue couldn't take it as either a regular feat or a bonus feat. Also

That is strange ASD... I had always understood it was a selectable feat on BG, but never really bothered to check because frankly it's not worth it. That said, if it is not a selectable feat then IMO there is no reason it should not be opened up as a general feat w/ no requirements (or minimal requirements) as using poison is certainly not the sole domain of assassins, blackguards, etc.

I could have sworn that was the case not long ago. When I rcred last night though I was surprised to see it wasn't an option. My only low base stats were charisma (4) and intelligence (10).

That absolutely must have changed at some point, then- and it's a change that doesn't really make any sense. Anyone can learn to get reasonably decent with poisons, and should be able to take the feat- though few would find it worthwhile. Cannot understand why this was restricted.

I can't find any mention of it in the change logs. Maybe it is a bug?
