Ulgoth's Beard - transition to Chionthar is broken

See subject heading. Clicking on the transition in Ulgoth's Beard that leads out to the Chionthar River just makes you walk over the transition point. You don't actually leave Ulgoth's Beard.

I fixed the transition in and out of Ulgoth's... To and from the Northern Farmlands... will be fixed in the next update. Sorry about that.
