Unable to take hierophant

So I am unable to take hierophant with spirit shaman even though I have all the qualifiers, over 19 cha 15 ranks in knowledge religion, and the character has 2 metamagic feats. And I still cannot take it on level up.

relog after you meet the requirements and then you will be able to take it.

Yes the character in question can cast 7th level spells and after relogging it changed nothing

So I ended up having to log in and out twice with all my gear to be able to take it, but it worked.
