Dualweapon Ranger fighting with a shield

Hello there , looks like rangers two weapon abilities are disactivated when he equips a shield to use it as a second weapon.
Is it possible to fix it to allow this type ranger to benefit of all 3 attacks when he takes the shield bash feat ?
