Word of changing bug

When you use the for example the Goristro shape and activate power attack, and then change shape to Planetar, powerattack will still be activated.
Noticed another issue: if your PC is wearing a CON bonus item, when you de-Form from Word of Changing, the PC in question takes 2x a CON Hit Point reduction (i.e, a Level 25 toon takes 2 x 25 HP if using a +2 CON item/bump).
Is this a "feature," implemented for anti-expoits? I can understand that need, but if your PC shapes out of Form and has less than 2x HP of their corresponding Level, they'll hit the Fugue, right quick.
