Man At Arms cooldown abilities are a mess

Once you use call to battle, there's a strong chance that on transition, all your cooldown abilities will have something like a 6 hours long cooldown, making them unuseable unless you rest. This bug appears even if you wait until no abilities are on cooldown, it also seems to show up more often the longer the character is online.

This occurs with Knockdown, Expose Weakness, etc. as well. Sometimes, you can "reset" the Cooldown by using Right-Click for 'Basic Actions' and selecting the Feat from there. Other times, you can do nothing but wait for a Rest.
