Updated Area CR listing?

I'm aware that there is a list of areas on the server with CR ratings but I'm also aware that many areas have been modified in recent times with all the new content etc.
I'm also aware of the search function.
But it is a bit wonky and doesn't always return precise (or any) result depending on wording.
So all the disclaimers out of the way is there an -updated- area list with newer areas as well as modifications to old areas as of 2019? The last one I saw definitely was missing some stuff including some areas simply not being listed at all. Thanks for any assistance.
