Random shops

I suggest that the random shop in rockrun should get removed and placed in sshamath. Or remove the 30 diplo check ln the npc.

why how about add a another random shop in sshamath so there 3 shops

And take away the only interesting thing in rockrun and make it a ghosttown :doh:

(the diplo-check is a pain yes. But it's manageable with some diploitems and a few tries.)
