I have about 11 points left and I can get up to like 23 Survival with WIS bonus.

Do I need more Survival ranks to get any value out of the Gray Orc Scent? Or does it even work with no ranks in Survival?

Grey Orc's get Track for free, which benefits from Survival with the range of the minimap detection.

Scent, which is unique to Grey Orcs, permits you to see hidden foes ( or players, if they have you on hostile ).
Which, does benefit of survival as well. Survival in this case basically just increase the range of which you can see targets on the minimap.
