Bear Warrior and Bodyguard

Hey hey!

So not sure if this is a glitch or not, however I've noticed that I can't use any of my Bear Warrior or Bodyguard abilities while in Bear form.

Specifically
Bear Roar is disabled.
Guard the Lord is disabled (If I go into bear form after picking people to guard I think it actually disables any active guarding too. On top of that I noticed that on one occassion I used two guard the lords, then entered bear form, didn't seem to see any guarding happen, then when my bear form deactivated I had three guard the lord skills available, as if I'd rested??)
Frantic Movements is disabled (If I activate before entering bear form I 'think' it still works as intended though)
Tanaruk Reach to the Blaze is also disabled.

If this is design intent, no issue, but if not, it essentially is preventing me from using my bodyguard and bear warrior abilities in synergy. Would very much like to get an answer thanks!
