| Being born in Gullykin to a rather large family, Sammy was the middle of 5 children. His siblings, conveniently named Sonny, Sully, Scotty and Stevey, lived with their mother Sally and father Bob . . . kidding, he’s named Sidney. So, it was always quite obvious when a “Softshoes” was passing by, not in the least by their names, but also because they were all very active. And with that, I mean very active... Due to his many brothers, and being the middle one, he didn’t always get the attention he desired. As such, he started wandering off at a young age, exploring the surrounding area, sometimes risking his own life in the process. When he became old enough, he figured he didn’t have to let himself be tied down by his parental home, and as such, wanderlust drove him off to wherever his feet led him.
