Eilistraee not selectable deity for non drow/ half drow

Hello, a few updates ago it was said that Eilistraee would be selectable as deity for all races ( as per Eilistraee.dogma, she is a dark seldarine but accepts followers from all races)
Sadly this is not the case, can this be fixed since it was supposed to be available before but its not working and not letting other races pick Eilistraee

What? Are you sure? Even vanilla nwn2 has Eilistraee available to all elves and all half elves. I have a moon elven character with Eilistraee as selected deity!

Hak was packed with an incorrect file. Fixed with the updated one.
It has been handled.

Seems like its still the same and Eili is non selectable for othrr races...
Razzaband tested it on deep imaskar with correct aligment

seems like just the update notes ' <= Revision: 2851' got posted twice (,but weren't patched again).
