XP - Toggle ON/OFF is broken

Seems something is broken - still getting xp from killing with XP Off.

I didn't even know we had this feature. I'll take a look and see if I can figure out what's wrong with it.

Yea I just used it today. XP Toggle still doesn't seem to work. I keep getting XP after toggling it off.

And I'm sick of when I group up with Theo01's toon I get 51 xp per kill and level so easily I actually feel bad about it! NOT!!!

This should be fixed now. The Dynamic Spawn scripts didn't have the XP hook we have in everything else.
