Polymorph humanoid forms

Hi,

Thought of suggesting two things concerning that spell.
1 - If it would be possible to have humanoid forms that are not armed with a weapon (because they're great for rp but it feels a bit odd to walk around with a weapon you cannot remove)
2- maybe take it a step further and if its possible make it only change appearance but still enable item use and spellcasting which makes (at least to me) more rp sense and find some way to make sure it isnt used to be a +4 on all physical stats buff or something (maybe make the some forms to keep the original character stats and just change their appearance).
