Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Lvl 2 blood mage gets the scarification feat. How do I actually use it? I toggled it on and click scribe scroll but I can’t click on my toon? Is it a non working feat? Or do I have to use it on a blank scroll? Any help would be appreciated.
If I read it correctly, it’s scribe scroll but on your toon. So I guess end day it’s the same thing if it comes from a scroll or on my toon? Correct me if I’m wrong.

You click the Scarification feat, then when you cast your spells instead of casting the spell, you'll create a scar of it at your CL (theoretically, I'm not so sure it takes into account +CL feats that are active).

So, you click on Scarification and then cast avasculate. Boom! Scar of avasculate at your CL.
