Hope everyone has been doing great for those that remember me.

It's been awhile since I was around last and although I tried to return a few times, the real world obligations held me back from making a capacity return but that hasn't stopped me from playing Dungeons & Dragons...

I wanted to share with you all something I'm very thrilled and excited to be a part of as tomorrow on August 17th, 2019 at 12:00pm ET (Toronto), I'll be playing in a special live-performance with the legendary wizard himself, Ed Greenwood!

I'm sure the majority of you know who he is and if not, he is the mastermind behind the Forgotten Realms, a world we're all very familiar with.

The performance is going to include live voice actors (myself included as one) with another performance of the actual actions being roleplayed by another team of actors; a live-acted role-played Dungeons & Dragons special short (expected to last about 1.5 hours in total with three different acts).

It'll be on https://www.twitch.tv/nerdynortherners tomorrow starting at 12:00pm ET (Toronto).

Tell him about us! It would be awesome if Ed Greenwood came to say hi on our forums and maybe have a look at what we've done with his world (although maybe in some cases he'll be mortified by what we've done)!

Hey to those who stopped by the post here. A lot of recognizable names that's for sure!

Just wanted to give an update and a photo of the event.

Here's my wife and I on-stage with the legendary wizard himself. It was honestly meeting an idol and he even signed my hard copy of "The Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting" for 3.5e. A great and hilarious guy, it was a pleasure meeting and being able to be part of his performance for Port Hope, Ontario during the Critical Massive Adventure.

No problem! I figured it was something worth sharing with a place that was a huge part of my obsession with Dungeons & Dragons that has brought me to where I am now.

If you'd like to see the performance, you can find it below. It rained and due to some technical issues we were not able to get the live actors filmed but during this performance, there are people acting out the actions of the voice actors.
