Hello,
I tried to play a character I made years ago but was informed I am in violation of the domain rule (he is a war domain). How do I fix this?

You can always use the RCR in the nexus to transfer some XP to a new char. https://wiki.bgtscc.net/index.php?title=XP_Transfering
