Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I'm unsure if this is a bug or I fail at math or something I just don't understand.

I log in this morning, and try to summon my animal companion.

"You may not use this feat for another for 10765 second(s)".

Isn't that 3 hours? Why would it even be on cooldown?

Just rest and it's fine again.

(It's an old bug that can happen with many feats.)
