Spiritual Weapon

Hello guys, I'm posting this because I've recently learned with my character the spell Spiritual Weapon but it doesn't deal damage. When you cast the spell it appears in party member but when you command the spell to attack (like the description says) at the beginning of each round it doesn't deal damage. I've tried to command her with the feats Control Henchmen, right clicking on the portait of party member and issue the spell to attack, the voice chat and so on... but nothing seems to work. It just stands taking damage from monsters and does nothing maybe it is bugged and that's why I'm posting here.
(Btw my character follows Helm if it useful).

So I hopped on the server and ran a quick test. It looks like the spiritual weapon has some stage fright. One question I have for you;
is the spiritual weapon equipped with your deity's weapon when you spawn it? Thanks!
