Dusty tome for sale and mithril fullplate ALL SOLD

The half orc known as Logrum Oathkeeper places yet another notice at the FAI board. This one reads:
"Untouched, unopened dusty tome for sale also I've found an amazing piece of full plate armor made of mithril, both can be bought together or separately."
Mithril fullplate:
8 armor
Max dexterity bonus 3
+1 dex
+Improved saving throws : divine +1
metal (mithril)
