There are very few options with men's formal wear. In contrast female PC's have many options for grand galas and balls, while most men are stuck with 3-4 choices that cannot even be tinted. The only tintable formal wear appears to have patches and other things on it which make it look more like a beggar's garb. But, more on that, female PC's even have a model for the 'rags' that looks like legit rags while male PCs don't even have good looking rags.
