Marketplace Glitch (Will cause items to disappear)

I put a +3 Composite Longbow on the Market for 15k, but for some reason it did not return to my inventory. I do not have a full inventory nor did I change my name. I had something similar happen with another item I put on the market a while back, but I did not know where or who to report to.

Make sure your login has the same capitalization scheme.
If I use BDobolina it wont return gold or items for Bdobolina.

Actually I just lost an item off the Mudd marketplace as well this week. There may be something odd. Or there was some sort of server crash/rollback just after posting.
But I don't use any change with account details etc.

i may have experienced something like that too.
but i sold like 6 items and probably 4 of them brings back gold so i am not really sure about the other 2 missing.
