*checks his training wheels and the wheels on the training wheels and starts to pedal. There is an awfully screeching sound, in a painfully slow pace he begins rolling backwards towards the masses, a stupid grin on his face, drool collecting in the corner of his mouth*

I looked up your name, Anasi.

Anansi (/əˈnɑːnsi/ ə-NAHN-see) is an Akan folktale character. He often takes the shape of a spider and is considered to be the god of all knowledge of stories. Taking the role of trickster, he is also one of the most important characters of West African, African American and Caribbean folklore.

Do you have some sort of personal connection to this folklore character? What's the story here?

Now Anansi is the god of all stories, as you will have found out in the wide realm of the internet maybe using what most will refer to as a search engine, be it google or bing, hopefully not bing, bing is bad for you (this is just my personal opinion, I don't like that search engine for reasons).

So when it came to me finding a name, an alias for this intriguing activity I thought of what would be the thing of most importance to me and hopefully those I would get to serve.

My thoughts raced, would it be my Avatar, did it need to be awe-inspiring? Or would it be my way of captivating them and hopefully myself as well, well to some extend anyhow, in neatly developed, carefully groomed strands of plots woven into a fine tapestry, exquisitely intertwined to bedazzle us.

I came to the conclusion that I wanted a name related to the telling of stories and once my inquiry had been entered into the box meant to hold one's desired search, it struck me, Anansi the god of all tales, would it be presumptuous to take that mantle?

Yes very much so however it shall and will remind me of my goal, the creation of stories, be it to lighten my fellow's mood, to bring excitement or merely the joy of being together, getting to know more of each other.

((For those that don't want to read all this, I took it cause it relates to stories, Anansi being the god of all stories which I hope I'll be able to develop with all of you for our all enjoyment.))
