As the title suggests, and if even possible (cause idks), could the right-clickable 'Basic Action' be converted to be place-able on a Hot Bar?

It's a quality of life issue thing...and if it isn't too much trouble....

Also, if there was an option to dismiss spells, that a party member did cast on you. (Currently only a rest will get rid of these.)
