A heavily scarred elf is seen putting a notice up in Roaringshore, the parchment dog-eared and sporting several sea-born water-stains. The seller might be known to a few as a sailor who's taken some odd jobs as an able hand or claw aboard local vessels, but doesn't have any kind of reputation as a cheat.
In possession of a dusty tome, of the sort where old knowledge might be divined from its pages. The book remains uncracked. Seeking serious buyers-- find me at the Broken Goblet Tavern.
