I know it is a stooped question, but most google-fu techniques brought up old or useless topics regarding the BGTSC crafting system.
Does crafting magic arms and armor work and how? What aboot crafting wondrous items?
Can warlocks use their imbue and how does it work?

In general, is there a good step by step guide to bgtsc magic item crafting? (I know in the original campaign they used a mixed system of elemental crafting and classic dnd crafting, then in the expansions it all was changed somewhat.)

I did find a forging hammer the other day... first time I've seen one on the server, and it was in a newly added chest. Held on to it since I wasn't sure if crafting had been added, if it was part of some new quest/puzzle, or if it was just a random useless drop.

Crafting is a hoax sadly, been promised since the server was started and that was quite a long time ago.

There have been a few systems partially developed to implement crafting with different approaches by different devs, but none have been completed; the devs have left staff before completing their respective projects. It's a very large undertaking, and there's nothing currently underway.
