Kro's Labyrinth Un-Traversable

At least two spots in Kro's Labyrinth are unable to be traversed. The path to Kro's descent /shoreline near the boat to Mistlake, and the Eastern tunnel junction to NE area (area with several narrow walkways).
It also means you cannot get on the boat back to Mistlake because you cannot reach the transition.
