Patch notes? I went back to the last Server Updates post, and didn't find it...is patch notes something else?

Dev feed on Discord is not official BGTSCC any longer.

Regardless, its not any sort of big issue, considering the benefits. But FYI, not all the transition pointers got the message (as of March 17, 20:00 GMT+0):

+1 about the Dev feed. BGTSCC still has only one and only discord server. Calling it formal or informal is just formalties, but the fact is that whenever a developer uploads something it is automatically displayed in the discord feed, so at least that part is official.

Discord is not a resource everyone uses, nor is it promoted by the Admins, nor should it be required reading for gaming on BGTSCC.

I appreciate the Dev thread as a thing, truly, but I’d rather see it published on a resource that IS official BGTSCC business, than one that was SPECIFICALLY demoted from being such.

The Server Updates thread is great! It just seems to me that THAT THREAD should get updated before or at the same time the actual Update goes live. Let me know if that is asking too much.

Simply saying, we have the Server Updates thread on the Forum here, which has always done the job (as good as can be managed).

If Discord works for keeping track of changes made, great...for those that use Discord. Officially, unofficially, formal, informal we'reallgonnadiefromCoronasoWTF.

Live updates as in having a live feed scrolling before my face 24/7 is not the "ask" here. The ask is for when a change goes onto the Server, that Server Updates is kept in-line with those updates.

I'm always willing to help, if such requests cannot be supported by current staff. It just means you have to let me in....

Just wanted to note that the said update thread is still working like before and nothing changed in that regard. In this particular case, however, there's indeed patchnotes missing, probably because of that fuss with server stability issues in the last few days. I'll poke admins about that, Steve!

PS—. I refrain from calling “doing things” as work, on BGTSCC, because this is a hobby, is it not? And, to refrain from issues of making efforts as being “difficult” or a problem. Obviously everyone has there own limit to when hobby-Ing does indeed feel like work, as in too much, and this a grind. But that’s a personal issue that everyone should be aware of, for their own good, BGTSCC or beyond!!
