News spreads quickly that a theatre is being built in the Palace district of Baldur's Gate. The Iron Throne has been hired (rumor has it by Selis Vhaire) to see to the task force and obtaining of materials for construction. Though they use mostly local materials, they have also been bringing caravans of goods from the south, assumed to be from Calimshan, as well.
The citizens of Baldur's Gate eagerly await the completion of the theatre. Surely the new attraction will bring new visitors to the city and result in more sales for the local merchants.

The minstrel and merchant known as Selis Vhaire will smile and nod if asked about her involvement in the project. "Since my arrival here, it has been one of my goals to see a proper theater built in Baldur's Gate. I even had the help of my fiancé, Zein Milu, in gathering names of supporters. I am eagerly awaiting the results - although not so much the bill!" The young woman then chuckles at her latter comment and offers a bright smile.

Selis Vhaire receives a letter, hand-delivered by a youth in an obviously-new suit of finer clothing. As the young boy tugs at the neck of the new tunic and squirms uncomfortably, seemingly irritated by its confines, he explains:
“This here be from my benefactor, Valenthel Wyndsoul. He has asked that I wait for a reply, if’n ye got one?”
As the scroll is of good quality and is sealed with purple wax with a ‘W’ imprint:
Ms Vhaire,
It is with great pleasure that I have finally located you. It has been brought to my attention, through a bit of asking, that you are the prime catalyst behind the recent construction of the theater in the Palace District. This new home of entertainment will surely be a boon to the city and her people, and is something that I eagerly await. I understand that the costs of such an endeavor may be extreme and thus would like to offer my assistance in ensuring that costs alone do not delay its opening. If I can be of assistance, please leave word with my messenger, or seek me at the Blade and Stars.
With Great Respect,
Valenthel Wyndsoul

From time to time, Berel Greenwillow is seen also assisting, using his common sense and strength to help the construction of the western wall. As he seems to do anywhere, he quickly became a part-time leader, directing the men to coordinate their work more efficiently. Whenever Selis passes by the theatre's building site at the same time he is there, he's always more than happy to stop for a few moments, greeting her in his usual way.
"Good day, Miss Vhaire."
After which he gives a good report of the construction's progress to a very eager and excited woman.
