Daylight adaptation and Underground adaptation

Add new feat Underground adaptation.
It would remove penalties like tripping over for surface characters in all underground and UD locations.
Optional:
A character with daylight or underground adaptation would receive half experiences on both sides above and below. They could also loot in both locations.
Reasoning for new feat: an rp niche allowing surface Pcs to join and actively engage in UD factions (for a cost in mechanic).
Reasoning to enable half experiences in both: you could accompany your group and least slightly benefit from it.
Downside of going this free choice of feat:
You either spend pre epic feat and have slower level up (even with rcr you can rcr only into max lvl 20 so), or select it on epic levels and loose epic feat. Loosing a feat for enabling role play feature is reasonable price to pay IMHO.
Possible description:
"You spent lot of time and effort to adapt in hostile environment. You know how to make use of looted exotic items and where to look for them. You learned the risks of the environment but it came at price becoming capable of learning slower."
