Scouting Supplies quest tells you to go to Feldepost Inn

The Nashkel quest "scouting supplies" from Hunter Harrow tells the player to go to the Feldepost Inn. I've been told that has burned down and replaced with the Risen Phoenix.
Could the quest dialogue from the Nashkel NPC (and the quest log) be changed to reflect the new location? I looked all over for the Feldepost Inn before being redirected. Thanks!
