A wood Elf with the symbol of Helm around his neck displays the various parts of a set of armor, featured just outside the FAI, near the guards. On closer inspection the enchantments are:

90% less weight (weighing 10% of normal)
Spell Resistance 32
+3 enhancement bonus
Reflex save +1
Banded Mail (7/1)

The Elf, who is alert and carries himself as an experienced warrior, stands by to answer any questions or offers.

Sinoc the half-orc steps closer. A grin shows up on his face : "Greetings, I'm Sinoc. It's good to see people of the faith of Helm. I'm from the Everwatch Knights of Helm, based in Nashkel. You are very welcome to visit us whenever you want."
He examines the armor, and asks about what sum or what trade could be done for the armor.

The Elf looks appraisingly at the Half-Orc a moment and nods. "Welcome, fellow in faith. Are you ordained? If so, let us travel to Nashkel so that I may meet the Everwatch Knights. After my curiosity is satisfied you may have the armor for free." He says this and then looks a bit surprised and his own words, then smiles and nods as if approving them.
