Haste and Shapechange

Haste is bugged in the following way:
If you are in your natural form and you are encumbered, and you cast haste on yourself and then change into a form with very high strength to remove encumberance, the movement penalty will remain, thus denying the bonus speed from haste. The bonus to AC, AB and the extra attack seem to be fine though.
