Counterspell Question with Mords
I recently attempted a counterspell against a PvE monster and the roll in the tooltip was below what my CL is with Mords. The wiki states that Mords CL is uncapped for counterspelling, so I am curious if this is a known issue. For reference, I have archmage and red wizard to bump my CL with Mords over 30.
