Master Alchemist Potion Cost Reduction not applied

I recently attained my 5th rank in Master Alchemist, and am concerned to see that potions I was brewing at CL 10 prior to picking up any Master Alchemist levels are costing identical prices to brewing the same potions now.
When I first picked up Brew Potion, I was capable of brewing CL 10 Longstrider potions for 250 gp.
With Level 5 Master Alchemist, and the Unrivaled Brewer feat, I craft a CL 10 Longstrider potion for 250 gp.
By my calculation, the actual cost should be 250*0.7, or 175 gp each.
This discrepancy is made all the more substantial on Elixirs, which appear to carry separate values than their potion variants, or cost substantially more at higher spell levels. Unfortunately, I do not have a baseline to compare against to confirm if Elixirs are benefiting properly.
