BG, The Wide - Sirion - Padded Armor [Vacant]

One day in the Wide stood a thoroughly unenthusiastic Elf by a padded leather armor hung on the side of a sign.
His time was spent reading books, watching passersby with a flat expression,
cleaning his nails and quite possibly making efforts to look uninterested.
Upon inspection, quelle surprise! The armor was enchanted most magically!
Asked for a name, a simple "Sirion" was spoken in reply.
Asked for a price, a smile was offered alongside a helpful "If you please... make an outrageously high bid!"
Edit: He soon picked up his things and moved on.
