I noticed that someone posted an item under one of my character's name, I tested it myself, disguised and posted something under a different name and it showed up on the auction house.

Huh. Does that mean if it sells you can get the gold? Weird.

I am fairly certain that it is not only PC name, but also account. So if it sells the only way to get any gold would be for the person that posted it to AH to change their toons name using disguise again and then collect the money back.

I had thought AH was made so either you could not use it while disguised or could not sell using disguise, but apparently not.

Fixed for the next update, it will no longer be possible to use the consignment shop while disguised.
