I just took the feat Divine Spellpower (not the advanced version yet).
I want to use it to improve the duration of certain buffs beyond my caster level, such as Extended Righteous Might and Divine Power, it seems though that every single buff that I want to improve fails due to a timer that lasts for I think 3 seconds which prevents all spells from being casted.
I was explained on Discord that this is an exploit prevention timer but as I understand it was intended for a different use of the feat, an offensive use to improve DCs. It seems that this timer is too long for all the buffs that I use and I can only cast the spells properly if I time those correctly which is a lot of effort and it is not reliable.
Is there a way to fix this?
