Make Improved Initiative a Fighter Bonus Feat

Exactly as the name implies. Improved Initiative can be taken as a fighter bonus feat in 3.5 PnP.
I would write more, but it is pretty straight forward.

Since Improved Initiative isn't really that strong in NWN2, I don't see any reason not to add it.

I mean, mechanically it can provide some benefit to Assassin, but it's kind of convoluted in terms of how much. I suppose it means Fighter Bonus Feat can be used to qualify for Ghost Faced Killer, but I don't see that as an issue. There isn't a mechanical reason to exclude it so if it is PnP appropriate it sounds like a good change.
Is it also supposed to be on M@A and/or Divine Champion bonus feat list(s)?

No to M@A (at least by pnp. It's Knight in pnp, right?).

Apparently Divine Champion and Man at Arms already have it. So fighter not having it looks to be an oversight.
