Breach Gnome prestige class level 4 dex bonus of +2 dosent stack

Breach Gnome at level 4 (there are only 5 levels in this prestige class) has a dex bonus of +2
Don't see the point of this prestige class if the +2 dexterity bonus dosent stack especially as it is only available when "Standing in the breach"
as there are plenty of items with a +3 dex available.
I havent tested this yet but if the +2 AB at 5th level is the same then ..well will see.....
