Has an ability "Light - Single Use".

It seems like whoever made it meant it to be At Will, since it's the weakest power the helm has and all the other powers are multiple use

But regarding the Helm of Heroes: the Magic Vestement does not work at all. - Can it be fixed or removed ?

The Helm is great as it provides GMW+3 for anyone without needing UMD to use it.

Yep, I meant Helm of Brilliance! Too many damned Helms.
